I just had one of the most ridiculous customer “service” experiences I’ve had in awhile. Tried to log in once to Transunion and it said my account was suspended. Odd so I get on a chat with their customer service. The guy literally did nothing. I was able to figure it out myself by using my SSN (they have a “log in another way”). The agent’s suggestion was “If it shows temporarily suspended, I kindly suggested you to give it a try after 30 to 45 minutes. Hopefully then it works.”.

“Hopefully” 😂 I mean dude I’m on the chat because you’re supposed to, you know, help.

The guy didn’t even suggest the “log in another way” link!
